Thank you for shopping with American Metal Fabricators. Each piece is handcrafted and fabricated to order. We want you to be confident in your purchase — please review the policy below before ordering.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, engraved, powder-coated, mirror-polished, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.

Once fabrication has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item
  3. Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Important Notes

Minor weld variations, finish differences, and natural metal characteristics are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

AMFNYC products are decorative art pieces and are not intended for athletic use unless explicitly stated.
