All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our products are handmade or finished to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods. Customers will be notified if any significant delay occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request. Customers can contact us prior to ordering to arrange faster delivery.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Locations
Orders ship from New York, United States.
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order to discuss availability and rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
